HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. — Thomas L. Langford, 73, of Hot Springs Village, Ark., died Oct. 26, 2009. He was born Aug. 21, 1936, in Isola, Miss., to the late Sim and Ocey (Champion) Langford. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and was employed as an engineer for Mid South Railroad.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Richard and Wayne Langford; and one sister, Emmis Langford.

Survivors include his wife, JoAnna (Cathey) Langford of Hot Springs Village; daughters, Cathey Cameron and husband Richard of Madison and Tracy Langford Loper and husband Jimmy of Flowood; and grandchildren, Jake and Leanna Cameron.

Visitation will be from 5 until 6 tonight, Oct. 29, 2009, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Rosary at 5:30 p.m. Memorial services will be at 9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Monsignor Bernard G. Malone and Deacon Larry Lipsmeyer officiating. Local arrangements are by Caruth Village Funeral Home.

Interment will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, Arkansas’ Breadbasket or the American Heart Association.
