Two separate one-car wrecks on Oak Ridge Road Saturday morning sent five people to the hospital.

Rachael Redditt, 28, 102-B Greyline Drive, was treated and released Saturday from River Region Medical Center, hospital spokesman Diane Gawronski said.

Warren County deputy Billy Heggins said Redditt ran her vehicle off the road and struck two utility poles at Oak Ridge and Henry roads at 11:20 a.m. Heggins said the cause of the wreck has not been determined.

Redditt was cited for no insurance.

Separately, Justin Rushing, 18, 6100 Indiana Ave.; James Elliott, 17, 6016 Indiana Ave.; Rex Pierce IV, 17, 65 Brogdon Drive; and Joseph Hull, 17, 2501 Culkin Road, were all treated and released from River Region after an early-morning wreck on Oak Ridge Road, Gawronski said.

Heggins said Rushing, the driver of a GMC full-size pickup, told deputies his vehicle veered off the road at about 4 this morning and rolled over after he attempted to dodge a deer in the 4600 block of Oak Ridge Road.

Rushing was cited for not wearing his seat belt.
