A public relations and media professional will be the featured speaker during the Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce’s November luncheon.

Frank Worley is head of Worley Communications Consulting. He is also the public affairs agent for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Vicksburg District.

The event will be at noon Wednesday at the Vicksburg Convention Center. Cost is $12 per person.
