Sound equipment and money were missing in Vicksburg Monday, police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.

About $3 in change was reported missing from a 1990 BMW 535 in the 1800 of block of Vicklan Street at 7:54 a.m.

A Pioneer CD player valued at $150 was reported stolen from an NRoute bus in a parking garage in the 1500 block of Walnut Street at 5:19 a.m.

Separately, about $400 was missing from a desk at the Mail Center at 3046 Indiana Ave. at 7:27 a.m. Friday, Stewart said.

“It appears employees forgot to lock the door at closing,” Stewart said.
