Kyle Douglas Coleson

Kyle Douglas Coleson died Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009, at Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital in Jackson. He was 18.
Born in Oakland, Calif., Kyle had been a resident of Vicksburg since 1992. He was a graduate of Warrenton Elementary School.
A senior at St. Aloysius High School, he played on the school’s football and baseball teams. He was a member of Bowmar Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mary Sullivan Brooks.
He is survived by his parents, Lisa J. Coleson and Mark Coleson, both of Vicksburg; a brother, Cody Jack Coleson of Vicksburg; his maternal grandparents, Jack and Estelle Jordan of Vicksburg; his paternal grandparents, Jesse and Carol Coleson of Florence, Ariz.; and his paternal great-grandmother, Hazel Belle Coleson of Edenton, N.C.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bowmar Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry White, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Green Acres Memorial Park under the direction of Riles Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight at Bowmar Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Dan Muirhead III, Jordan Muirhead, Rowdy Nosser, J.R. Burnett, Clinton Wilkerson, Trey Clark, Ty Duncan and Sean Weaver.
