John Segrest, former chief of Real Estate within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Vicksburg District, has returned from an Afghanistan assignment.

He had been selected to participate in a review of the missions of Corps’ real estate personnel located there.  

While in Afghanistan, he met with former Col. Mike Wehr, former commander of the Vicksburg District, who is on an assignment there.
