Paperwork has been finalized to lease the building to operate a hibachi grill and sushi buffet, said Pam Powers, managing broker and Realtor for BrokerSouth Properties. She said she could not release any other information on the new tenant or when it is expected to open. The building has been vacant since Ryan’s closed in February 2008.
