Next target hit

Well, they’ve finally won another battle.

After years of convincing the public that all business people, bankers, oil producers, pharmaceutical companies, etc., were untrustworthy, and super-regulating these industries, making it almost impossible for them to continue providing efficient and economical products and services to their customers, the Democrats have now zeroed in on the health care insurers for more of the same.

I can only speak for the banking industry. When they passed the Community Reinvestment Act some 25-30 years ago, the trigger was pulled on requiring bankers to extend credit to those unable to pay, and bringing about the enormous housing bubble burst, thanks to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and AIG and their supposed congressional regulators, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Charles Schumer and others.

These people are the veritable foxes still guarding the henhouse.  And they’re the same guys on the winning side of the health care nightmare. We are governed by the most corrupt people in the history of our nation.

Woe is us.
