TALLAHASSEE — Fannie Ruth Shally died Saturday, April 10, 2010. She was 88.

Mrs. Shally was a retired registered nurse for the Vicksburg Infirmary, The Street Clinic, Magnolia Mobile Homes and Cappaert Manufacturing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Fannie Ruth Kirksey; her husband, Elvin Shally; a son, Billy Shally; a grandson, Jason Faughn; and sibilings, G.C. Kirksey, Mary Edwards, Irene Cooksey and Mack Kirksey.

Survivors include a son, Bob Shally (Alecia) of Tallahasse; grandchildren, Robb Shally (Stacey), Amy Belmore and Josh Faughn; great-grandchildren, Logan Belmore and Connor Shally; and numerous nieces, nephews and their siblings.

Graveside services were this morning at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation was Thursday evening at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home with the Rosary being said.
