St. Aloysius took first place by a 28-stroke margin in an 18-hole, six-team tournament hosted by Natchez High School and Cathedral at Duncan Park in Natchez on Thursday.  St. Al’s team score was 301, Loyd Star took second place with 329 and Cathedral took third place with 330. Freshman Nick Mekus of St. Al was tournament medalist with a 73. Other St. Al scores were sophomore Elliot Bexley with a 74, and juniors Chris Ingram and Fisher Campbell, both of whom shot 77s.
