Anita Louise Davidson

Anita Louise Davidson died Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at her residence in southern Warren County. She was 59.
Mrs. Davidson was a native of Adams County and lived a number of years in Claiborne County before moving to Warren County 20 years ago. She worked for several years at the Claiborne County Nursing Home and had been employed by the Patient’s Choice Hospital in Port Gibson for the past 12 years. She was a member of the Pattison Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, O.B. and Ruth Jones Scott; a brother; and a sister.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Davidson of Vicksburg; a daughter, Pam Wallace and husband, Dennis of Eddiceton, Miss.; sons, Cody Davidson of Vicksburg and Frank May and wife, Terri of Port Gibson; sisters, Etta Porterpan of Vicksburg and Linda White of Brookhaven; brothers, James Scott of Jackson, La., Michael Scott of Scotland and John Scott of Natchez; grandchildren, Tess Russell, Niki Wallace, Alexus Wallace, Kylee Wallace and Kaylee Wallace, all of Eddiceton.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Glenwood Funeral Home Chapel in Port Gibson with the Rev. Lance Moak officiating. Interment will follow at Cane Ridge Cemetery in Lorman. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Wallace, Claude Curtis, Samuel Warner, Dale Arp, Pete Berntsen and Terry Myles. Honorary pallbearers will be Dennis Wallace, Sr., Packy Carr, Mike Mayo, Jeff Mayo, John Mayo and Kevin Mayo.
