WASHINGTON, D.C. — Johnny Lee “Baby Ray” McKay died Thursday, May 27, 2010, at his home in Washington, D.C. He was 77.

Mr. McKay was born in Vicksburg and had lived in Washington for the past 50 years. He was a member of Messiah Baptist Church. He retired from the federal government.
