David Jackson has joined The Vicksburg Post as a photojournalist.

Jackson, a native of Hattiesburg, graduated in May from the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in photojournalism and a minor in sculpture.

He worked as a photographer for The Student Printz, USM’s student newspaper, and The Hattiesburg American during his college career.
