Vicksburg native Gates Weaver, a Grade 6 state referee, has been selected by the Mississippi Soccer Association to represent Mississippi along with 11 other refs on June 17-23 at a tournament in Baton Rouge that will include teams from Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina.
