Clouds and rain move up the Mississippi River at Vicksburg Tuesday evening as a storm moved into the area. The National Weather Service, which was predicting clear skies and temperatures in the high 80s today, reported this morning that .59 inch of rain fell in the city during the 24 hours ending at 7 this morning.
