The Small Business Administration is offering a web chat called Health Care and Small Business Thursday.

The chat will focus on the Affordable Care Act, which offers small business owners tax-saving incentives, including credits and provisions.

John Tuzynski, chief of Employment Tax and Specialty Programs for the Small Business Self-Employed Division at the Internal Revenue Service, will present the program at noon.
