Amos Miller died Sunday, Aug. 8, 2010, at River Region Medical Center. He was 49.

Mr. Miller was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Amos Cumming Miller; a brother, Willie Lee Miller; and maternal grandparents, Leroy and Corine Shorter.

He is survived by his mother, Christine Miller; a brother, Roosevelt Miller of Texas; three sisters, JoAnn Miller, Louise Miller and Theresa Logan, all of Vicksburg; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Memorial services will be at 11 today at Mount Carmel Ministries, 2015 Grove St., with the Rev. Mitchell Dent officiating.
