About 350 Entergy customers along Wisconsin Avenue and Bazinsky Road were without power for about a half hour this morning after a tree limb fell on a power line on Bazinsky, said Entergy spokesman Don Arnold.
The outage began at 10 a.m. The outage also caused lights to flicker, including traffic signals, from the Bazinsky Road area to the substation on Mulberry Street, near Horizon Casino downtown, said Arnold.
