Jessie David Moore

Jessie David Moore died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010, at University Medical Center in Jackson. He was 59.

Mr. Moore had been employed as a welder for the LeTourneau Technologies and for Penco Corporation. He was a member of the New Dimension World Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Moore Sr.; and a brother, Robert Lee Moore.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Moore of Chicago; eight sons, Antonio Moore and Tyrese Woodland, both of Vicksburg, Juan Moore of Evansville, Ind., Ben Moore of Los Angeles and Vincent Moore, William Moore, Joseph Moore and Christopher Moore, all of Chicago; a daughter, Pamela Washington of Jackson; his mother, Ruth Dale White of Vicksburg; four brothers, Willie Moore of San Diego, George Moore and Jim Miller Jr., both of Vicksburg, and Dr. Robert Moore of Cleveland; two sisters, Betty Thomas of Vicksburg and Janice White of Chicago; 17 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
