Vicksburg finished 2-1 in the Clinton slow-pitch tournament on Saturday, losing to Wayne County 3-0 and beating Murrah 14-1 and St. Andrews 7-3. Shannon Botsford had two hits in the opener. In the second game against Murrah, the Missy Gators got three doubles and four RBIs from Botsford and two doubles and three RBIs from Lea Davies. In the final game against St. Andrews, the Missy Gators were paced by Botsford with two singles, a double and three RBIs. Davies had one single, one triple and three RBIs. Grace Bufkin and Tabitha Hayden had two singles apiece.
