Two armed robbers got away with a bag full of money from a South Frontage Road business Tuesday night, employees told police.
Employees of The Liquor Store, 2080 S. Frontage Road, reported the robbery at 9:08 p.m., Lt. Bobby Stewart said.
Employees told police that the two, both described as black and wearing red masks, entered the store and demanded money, Stewart said. The suspects grabbed a bag containing an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot west, toward Wisconsin Avenue, he said.
Both men were also described as wearing black pants, Stewart said, with one wearing a striped shirt and the other a black one.
