Unused and expired prescriptions pills and medication may be turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department Saturday as part of a national campaign called the Take-Back Initiative by the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Prescriptions may be dropped off in the lobby of the sheriff’s office, 1000 Grove St., or at the Outlets at Vicksburg on South Frontage Road from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said the drop-off will be anonymous, and authorities will not ask for personal information.
