Members of the Vicksburg High swim team break from their routine Tuesday afternoon, taking advantage of the fall weather, for a game of Ultimate Frisbee. Coach Ebony Gardner said frisbee is a fun way to change up the cardio workout the team of seventh- through 12th-graders does on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
