Rogers and Katherine Brooks of Vicksburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Beverley, to Dwayne Taylor. Mr. Taylor is the son of Lillie and Johnny Flagg of Vicksburg.

The bride-elect graduated from Vicksburg High School and attended Hinds Community College. She is employed at Walmart.

The prospective groom graduated from high school in 1984.

The wedding will be at 2 p.m. Oct. 24, 2010, at Calvary Baptist Church, 406 Klein St. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
