Patrick Guider Sadler and Katie Jane Ross have been named interns for U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker for the fall semester, the first-term Republican senator said Monday.

“Internships provide a unique opportunity to see first hand how the legislative process works,” said Wicker in a statement. “I am proud to welcome Patrick and Katie Jane to Washington, D.C., where they will be assisting Mississippians and my legislative staff.”

Sadler, the son of Dr. Robert and Tricia Sadler, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi. He graduated from St. Aloysius High School in 2003.
