Joseph Edwards Theobald and Jane Nicole “Nikki” Foster were married in an afternoon ceremony Sept. 17, 2010, at Sandals Grand on the island of St. Lucia. Immediate family members attended.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vern Foster of Gulfport. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alvin T. Ziminski of Gulfport and Mr. and Mrs. Ledger T. Foster of Ocean Springs.

The groom is the son of Rosalie Gilliland-Theobald and the late Richard L. Theobald of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of Fronia Theobald and the late Louis Theobald and Josephine S. Gilliland and the late Harry H. Gilliland Sr., all of Vicksburg.

The couple will make their home in Gulfport, where the bride is a dental hygienist with Dr. Susanne Core of Biloxi and the groom is an agent and registered representative for New York Life Insurance Company in Hattiesburg, an affiliate of the Mississippi General office.

Brunch

The couple was honored with a wedding celebration brunch at the home of Melanie Campbell Thomas.
