Emergency workers respond to a wreck on Gibson Road, near Old Gibson, about 8:15 Friday morning. James Voelker, 43, 4190 Dogwood Lane, was eastbound in a 2008 Ford F-350 when he was blinded by the sun, said Warren County Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan Hern. The pickup ended up in the ditch, and Voelker was checked by emergency workers at the scene.
