Dulaney will lead District division

The Vicksburg District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has named Henry Dulaney chief of the Engineering and Construction Division.
Dulaney will lead those responsible for the management of all projects and design efforts conducted by the District.
He is a graduate of Vicksburg High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management from Mississippi State University.
Dulaney started as a design engineer for the District in 1986 and was chief of the Design Branch.
