VHS routs Murrah, but falls to Pearl in girls soccer

Tabitha Hayden scored three goals, Maya Thomas added two, and Vicksburg cruised to a 10-0 rout of Murrah on Saturday.

Raven Lawrence and Carley East each had a goal and an assist for the Missy Gators, who led 5-0 at halftime. Raven London, Robin Cooper and Caitlin Patton had a goal apiece, and Paige Bowser had an assist.

Also on Saturday, Vicksburg fell to Pearl 4-1. Raven Lawrence scored Vicksburg’s only goal on a penalty kick in the first half.
