Two first-offense convictions for driving under the influence were reported during the week ending Tuesday.

• Tony Maurice Tolar, 41, 3749 Gowall Road, was fined $773.

In Warren County Justice Court:

• Harold E. Spencer, 34, 207 China St., was fined $964.50.
