PORT GIBSON — Emmanuel D. Hedrick died Friday, Dec. 10, 2010, as the result of a gunshot wound. He was 20.

Mr. Hedrick was preceded in death by his father, Kenyatta Heath.

He is survived by his mother, Felesia Hedrick of Port Gibson; a brother, Paris Odom of Port Gibson; one daughter, Ereyona Clark of Hermanville; one son, Michael Davis of Port Gibson; his maternal grandmother, Martha Hedrick of Port Gibson; his paternal grandmother, Julette Byrd of Grand Rapids, Mich.; his paternal grandfather, Sylvester Anderson of Port Gibson; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including Ercka Clark of Hermanville and Cedric O’Neal of Port Gibson.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mercy Seat M.B. Church in Port Gibson with Pastor Jeanette Lee officiating. Burial will be at Forest Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until 5 p.m. Friday at Thompson Funeral Home of Port Gibson and Saturday at the church from noon until the service.
