A Vicksburg woman was in the Warren County Jail this morning charged with failing to pay restitution, jail records showed.

Dianna Thomas, 28, 1103 Jefferson St., was arrested at 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Kent Crocker, a spokesman for the Mississippi Department of Corrections, said Thomas had been sentenced in January 2008 to pay restitution in a conviction on a forgery charge in 2005.

She was being held without bond.
