Rhonda Taylor has been named director of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Reachback Operations Center.

The center, headquartered in Vicksburg at ERDC, connects Department of Defense personnel deployed worldwide to experts in the United States when outside assistance is required.

Taylor began her career at ERDC in 1985 and was the center’s deputy director before being promoted. She was the 2009 ERDC Supervisor of the Year and has received the Bronze Order of the de Fleury Medal and the Herbert D. Vogel Award.
