Blake Wilson, the president of the Mississippi Economic Council, will speak at the February luncheon for members of the Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce.

The luncheon will begin at noon Feb. 16 at the Vicksburg Convention Center. Lunch is $12.
