Mr. Wolfe weds Lang in Crystal Springs

Jeremy Andrew Wolfe and Olivia Louise Lang were married at 2 p.m. Aug. 14, 2010, at First Baptist Church of Crystal Springs. The Rev. David Hederman officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Diane and Steve Burns of Crystal Springs. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Owen Jones and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Robert Lang, all of Crystal Springs.
The groom is the son of Larry and Ronda Wolfe of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of Betty Wolfe and the late Earl Wolfe of Vicksburg and Jovita Boggan and the late Mims Boggan of Mendenhall.
Nuptial music was presented by Mrs. Janie Taylor and Mrs. Becky Wallace. Soloist was Miss Alyssa Doner. The bride was escorted by her stepfather.
Maids of honor were Rebecca Lang, sister of the bride, of Ridgeland and Rachel Seal of Mobile, Ala. Bridesmaids were Haley Lewis of Hattiesburg, Amber Shaffer of Auburn, Ala., Jamie Shurtleff of Brandon and Jasmine Wolfe, sister of the groom, of Atlanta.
Chandler Nicholson of Jackson served as best man. Groomsmen were Richard Rhett of Vicksburg, Houston Steelman of Hattiesburg, Tommy Lofton of Slidell, La., Joseph Gill of Jackson and Stephen Sills of Jackson.
A reception followed at The Wisteria Inn.
For a wedding trip, the couple traveled to the Excellence Resort at Playa Mujeres, Mexico. They will make their home in Greenville, S.C., where the bride is an occupational therapist and the groom is a Master of Real Estate Development graduate student at Clemson University.
On the eve of the wedding, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Gator Bay Café in Byram.
The bride was honored with a shower at First Baptist Church of Vicksburg. Hostesses were Teresa Chaney, Karen Godfrey, Peggy Harper, Janet Holland, Lisa Ingram, Sharon Karel, Kay Lee, Donna Markle, Shellie Matthews, Peggi May, Susan McKinnie, Rita Mendrop, Gwen Robertson, Amy Robinson, Kathie Sills and Janell Thames.
The bride was also honored with a shower at First Baptist Church of Crystal Springs. Hostesses were Caren Bell, Annie Laura Campbell, Jeanette Graves, Ann Greer, Angie Greer, Marilyn Hardee, Cindy Jones, Jean Lingle, Peggy McCaskell, Anieta McLendon, Willene McPherson, Ila Sears, Velma Shirley, Angel Walker and Shirley Wilson.
The bride was honored with a bridal gift card shower in the home of Mrs. Jamie Shurtleff. Hostesses included Mrs. Jamie Shurtleff, Miss Rebecca Lang, Miss Haley Lewis, Miss Rachel Seal and Miss Morgan Sprouse.
