In a wreck at about 7:30 this morning, Felicia Gaines, 46, 709 Howard St., was northbound on Mission 66 near MacArthur Place in a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo and had slowed behind another vehicle turning into a business parking lot when her vehicle was struck from behind by a 2005 Nissan Sentra driven by John Tompkins, 69, 1434 Canada Cross Road, Edwards.
