VALEWOOD, Miss. — Leeanna Jones died Friday, Feb. 25, 2011, at Delta Regional Medical Center. She was 79.

Ms. Jones is survived by Pankie Lee Willis of Valewood, Miss.; seven sons, Freddie Lee Turner of Chatham, Miss., Dwight Turner, Kent Washington and Elvant Matthews, all of Greenville, Johnny Matthews of Los Angeles, Dawayne Matthews of Memphis and Robert Turner of Beloit, Wis.; five daughters, Necole Jones of Chatham, Donette M. Cage of Greenville, Tracy T. Norton of Rolling Fork, Celeste Washington of Willingboro, N.J., and Geraldine Addison of Saginaw, Mich.; five brothers, Nicholaus Willis, Elgin Willis, Robert Willis and John Willis, all of Chicago, and Roosevelt Wilson of Gretna, La.; four sisters, Barbara Bell of Valewood, Doretha Duncan of Glen Allan, Beatrice Canty of Chicago and Thersia Collins of Cleveland Heights, Ohio; 25 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at St. John M.B. Church of Valewood with Willie J. Hall officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 6 p.m. Friday at Walker Funeral Home in Rolling Fork.
