Emergency personnel tend to Lucia Brown, 73, 6106 Indiana Ave., after she wrecked her Honda Accord on Porters Chapel Road Wednesday afternoon. Investigating officer Burt Ryan said Brown was traveling east on Porters Chapel when she ran into a concrete ditch with enough force to tear off the wheel off her car. Brown was treated on the scene by Vicksburg emergency medical technicians.
