Shandell Marie Lewis was crowned Miss Debutante 2011 and Haley Carlene Sims was chosen by her peers as Miss Congeniality during the annual ball presented by Les Soeurs Charmantes Civic and Social Club in February. Shandell attends Warren Central High School and is the daughter of the Rev. Virdell and Mironda Lewis. Haley attends Warren Central High School and is the daughter of Carl and Cynthia Sims.
