Aberaldo LaSalle

Aberaldo LaSalle died Friday, April 1, 2011, at the River Region Medical Center. He was 49.
Born in New York, Mr. LaSalle was reared in Puerto Rico and lived in Connecticut before making his home in Vicksburg for the past 15 years. He was formerly employed by Armstrong Wood Floors for 10 years and Circle “S.”
He was a member of the Abate and Southern Cruisers Motorcycle clubs. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Serrano LaSalle; and twin daughters.
He is survived by his wife, Bertha “Doll” LaSalle of Vicksburg; his children, Ernesto LaSalle of Bridgeport, Conn., and Aberaldo “Lil Abe” LaSalle, Daniel LaSalle, Amber Dickinson and Elioutte Dickinson, all of Vicksburg; his father, Aberaldo LaSalle of Puerto Rico; two brothers, Johnny LaSalle and David LaSalle Sr., both of Vicksburg; two sisters, Catherine LaSalle Ortiz of Puerto Rico and Marciana LaSalle Boone of Vicksburg; and grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cedar Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Doyle Moulder officiating. Visitation will be at Glenwood Funeral Home from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the service.
Pallbearers will be Abe LaSalle, Daniel LaSalle, Ernesto LaSalle, Elioutte Dickinson, Michael LaSalle and David LaSalle Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Hendon, Thomas Hendon and Tyler Smith.
