DELTA CITY — Rebecca Pickle Boykin, 57, died Monday, April 25, 2011, at her home in Delta City. She was 57.

Born in Rolling Fork, she had lived in Delta City for the past 31 years. She was a member of the Anguilla Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Eunice Hayes.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Boykin of Delta City; two daughters, Stacy Chandler of Starkville and Randi Duggan of Delta City; one son, Steven Boykin Jr. of Delta City; her father, Pat Pickle of Rolling Fork; two sisters, Patricia Huff of Pelahatchie and Christie Bobo of Rolling Fork; a brother, Patrick Pickle of Rolling Fork; and five grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Anguilla Baptist Church with the Rev. Keith Westbrook officiating, assisted by the Rev. Nick Smith. Burial will follow at Vicklan Cemetery in Delta City. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork.

Pallbearers will be Bill Boykin Jr., Scott Boykin, Matt Boykin, Jay Pickle, Bubba Pickle and Jamie Bobo.

Honorary pallbearers will be David Burke, Shane Hawkins and Kirk Nichols.
