NEWELLTON — Bernice Rebecca Colman died Friday, May 13. 2011, at Plantation Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Winnsboro. She was 83.

Miss Colman was a retired school teacher of more than 38 years. She was a member of the Vicksburg Jewish Congregation.

Graveside services, directed by Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Anshe Chesed Cemetery. The Rev. J. Fulton McGraw will officiate.
