Charlotte Robinson, 36, 1609 Rose Mont Drive, Clinton, is placed on a stretcher after the sawdust-loaded 18-wheeler she was driving turned over Tuesday morning at North Washington Street and U.S. 61 North. Robinson was attempting to turn onto the highway from Washington when the weight shifted and the truck tipped, said Vicksburg traffic officer Shantel Carter.
