Robert DeWayne Banks died Tuesday, May 31, 2011. He was 20.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jeffrey and Patsy Banks.

He is survived by his parents, Jessie Banks Sr. and Diana H. Banks, both of Vicksburg; two brothers, Terrell Dotson of New Orleans and Jessie Banks Jr. of Vidalia, La.; three sisters, Brandie Small and Erica Small, both of Baton Rouge, and Llwendellyn Paul of Vidalia; his maternal grandparents, Helen Howard and Calvin Bailey, both of Vicksburg, and Robert Howard of California; and aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives, including BreeAnn Lane and Zariah Dotson, both of Vicksburg.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Zion Traveler’s M.B. Church with the Rev. Leonard Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 6 p.m. at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home.
