Lead prosecutor, Assistant District Attorney Lane Campbell, said Wilson owns a lawn and tree care company and stole a 2001 Chevrolet Duramax pickup, a 16-foot double-axle Barrentine trailer and two zero-turn lawn mowers from Cook Tractor on U.S. 80.

Two co-defendants who had already pleaded guilty testified against Wilson, said Brenda Theriot, victim assistance coordinator.

Wilson was first tried in December but jurors reported being unable to agree, and Patrick scheduled the re-trial. Wilson is to be sentenced June 17.

Campbell said all the items reported stolen were recovered in Biloxi and returned to Cook Tractor.
