Patrick Conreaux Chausse and Amanda Lynette Johnson were married at 3 p.m. May 13, 2011, at Fairhope Municipal Pier Rose Garden in Fairhope, Ala. Justin Patton officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Arthur and Silvethe Johnson of Bay Minette, Ala.

The groom is the son of Heidi Chausse of Vicksburg and Bill Chausse of Madison, Ala.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride’s chosen color was coral.

Maid of honor was Ashlyn Pickern of Bay Minette. Shawn Baptiste of Fort Benning, Ga., served as best man.

A reception followed at the Johnson Home in Bay Minette.

For a wedding trip, the couple traveled to Orlando, Fla. The bride is a student at the University of South Alabama, and the groom is in the U.S. Army National Guard, Fort Benning.
