Hilderbrand, Pettway are wed in Tennessee

William Chase Hilderbrand of Bentonia and Charlie Desireé Pettway were married April 23, 2011, at Welcome Valley Village in Benton, Tenn. Dr. David Tulloch officiated at the ceremony overlooking the Ocoee River.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Pettway of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of Paul Pettway of Buna, Texas, the late Evelyn Pettway and Helen Watson of Mound. She is the great-granddaughter of Charles A. “Pappy” Pettway of Vicksburg and Edwin Price and the late Eunice Price all of Mound, La.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Hilderbrand of Bentonia. He is the grandson of Jonnie Thomas of Clinton and the late Joe Thomas and the late Bill and Vadene Hilderbrand of Bentonia.
The bride was escorted by her father. Music was provided by Mindy Claire Waldrop, cousin of the groom.
Matron of honor was Heather Hilderbrand Jones, sister of the groom. Bridesmaids were Dana Michele Thigpen, Kayla Vandevere Woods and Kayla Dee Cain.
The groom’s father served as best man. Groomsmen were Justin Phillip Hilderbrand, brother of the groom; Matthew Pierce Jones, brother-in-law of the groom; Michael Smith Woods; and Justin Dale Allard.
Ring bearer was Pierce Thomas Jones, nephew of the groom.
A family dinner reception followed on the grounds in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.
Following their honeymoon in the Smokey Mountains, the couple will reside in Vicksburg.
Brunch
The groom’s aunts honored the bride with a brunch as the groom and his groomsmen were treated to white-water rafting on the Ocoee River.
Cookout
On the eve of the wedding, guests were honored with an old-fashioned cookout on the grounds of Welcome Valley Village given by the groom’s parents.
