Vicksburg police had one person in custody and were looking for another late this morning in an attempted burglary in the 4000 block of Woodlands Circle, Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.

Stewart said the break-in occurred about 8:01 a.m.

He said a resident in the house heard a door open, went to investigate and confronted two males in the house. About the same time the woman confronted the two, Stewart said, the home’s burglary alarm went off and the intruders fled.
