Services for James L. Thompson Jr. will be at noon Saturday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Frank Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2 until 6 today at Dillon-Chisley.

Mr. Thompson died Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at Promise Hospital of Vicksburg. He was 60.
