Hospice Advantage of Bay City, Mich., has acquired Providence Hospice LLC, which has locations in Vicksburg and Jackson, Rod Hildebrant, president of Hospice Advantage, has announced.

One of the nation’s largest privately held hospice agencies, Hospice Advantage has 40 locations in Alabama, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri and Wisconsin.

The other two Mississippi Hospices acquired by the company are Hospice in His Hands LLC in Madden and Magee, and Providence Hospice South LLC in Hattiesburg.

Providence Hospice in Vicksburg is located at 1825 N. Frontage Road.
